This live action movie adaptation from the manga of the same title is my very first yuri themed Japanese movie that I've watched. I was able to read the manga more than a year ago. I think I even had a soft copy in a cd along with those other yuri manga that I read. I like the manga and same goes with the movie. It's really different watching the characters move and in action. I can't really remember everything about the manga, but it was familiar.

The characters were really lovely. I adored Ichiko's character. She's the curious girl, cute, light, and innocent in a way. Well, even though she kissed someone else (that irritated me. T_T because I can see a part of me in her... nya.. ) I still liked her honestly, telling Eri about what she did. Ichiko is the one who's open about things, and carry things lightly, while Eri is the serious type (which I see more of my girlfriend. hehe).

The first scene was like... Whew... hot... Sweets can be really great in the morning. I tell you... haha!

The whole movie was light, not that of a heavy drama. The part where it had a heavy moment is when Ichigo told Eri about kissing someone else and when Eri had to finish it for her studies. Well, it didn't had the effect that can drag me feeling their emotions about love, it wasn't really stressed out in the movie. It was all about "accepting one's self, and living with it".

Sex wasn't really focused in the movie, the same with the manga.

There were a few kissing scenes (in the taxi, LOL. hot. hmmm... and at the ending, it was followed with a sex scene. The only sex scene in the movie. Which I found cute, and not disgusting. Well, it involved the two main characters seen topless, but for me, it was really cute. XD haha.

I liked the ending.

To rate the movie, I'd give 8/10
